Electronic solder series SN100... in all alloy variations
Manufactured according to NIHON SUPERIOR patent: DE69918758 and EU0985486

Description
In addition to the well-known advantages of Ni-doped solders, the addition of germanium gives our alloy improved wetting properties on all surfaces commonly used in electronics manufacturing and minimal dross formation compared to all other lead-free solders. SN100-403C has a wide soldering temperature range and can be used in wave soldering from 265°C as well as in dip soldering processes up to 350°C. However, with increasing soldering temperatures, increased Ge consumption and increased Cu removal can be expected!
