ISO-Flux® "EVF 2310" is a water-based, water-soluable, organic activated, no-clean flux. It is perfectly suited for the automated soldering of circuited boards with standard and SMD mounting in connection with lead-containing and lead-free standard electronic solders. It has good activation properties on the parts' wetting surfaces and leads to very good solder wetting. ISO-Flux® "EVF 2310" has excellent spreading properties on all common solder surfaces. Due to its temperature stability it is perfectly suited for the lead-free soldering process. ISO-Flux® "EVF 2310" is suitable for all automatic soldering procedures in the electronics production. The flux is applicable with all common spray fluxers.
