Halide-free, no-clean flux for soft soldering in the electrical engineering, electronic manufacturing and in electronics. The solder oil ISO-Flux® “Kolo“ is very well suitable for solder and tinning works, which must be conducted at high solder temperatures and long solder time. It can also be applied as foam flux in wave soldering machines. The flux residues are non-corrosive and electrically conducting.
