Nickel concentrate for NiGe-electronic solders. In the solder process, nickel has the effect of a diffusion barrier and accumulates itself in the solder joint's intermetallic layer. Thereby a reduction is to be expected in the long-tem. FELDER nickel concentrate sets the Ni-content in wave, selective and HASL machines back to the required values. FELDER nickel concentrate is also used for the conversion of lead-free standard solders to FELDER NiGe-electronic solders.
