Besides of the copper-containing alloy we recommend the copper-free alloy Sn96.2Ag3.8 for the re-filling. As this alloy mixes itself with the existing solder and Cu-enrichments already inside of the solder bath, it becomes the alloy SAC387 including the related solder characteristics of Sn95.5Ag3.8Cu0.7.
